King took the money in the Fat Ass Weight Loss Contest with almost no competition. He almost passed out twice during the weigh-in, but after eating some chili-cheese nachos he was OK. The final tally was:

Despite a half foot of rain in about 2 hours, about a dozen Chuggers and several honorary Chuggers lined up for the Father's Day Race at Lasalle Park. There were several Chuggers-in-Training who ran both the half-mile and 2 mile. The Fat-Ass contingency of the Chuggers headed out to Lake Pontchartrain to set their base times for the best-improved time in a 2 mile wager.  Combine oppressive heat and humidity, a bottle of Ouzo, some Tzatziki and a few Gyros, and you've got the perfect setting for a spleen bending 5K. A few of us got stupid at the Run Forest Run race in the French Quarter. It was humid as hell so we were forced to drink several Michelob Ultras to fight the heat. THERE WERE ONLY A HANDFUL OF US OUT THERE. The usual suspects (Bill, Troy, Ken, Terry, Susan, Robin) and we may have picked up a new member "Gigigams".  A couple of Chuggers made their big screen debut when they appeared in the filming of "Duodecapentathalon" ?sp. Be on the lookout for Healy when this hits the big screen. He's the one who the they kept on dropping the star of the film behind so they could film him passing Healy up.
