| Sometimes it is the little things that help you Finish. Sunday the Chugger's words of encouragament and refreshments where a huge part of getting me to Jackson Square! I could have stopped, but your energy was contagious. I think that you folks deserve at least a sliver of my first Ironman medal! Thanks! | |

| Hey Sara. Glad we could help. We had a blast and it was awesome to see 4000 competitors blaze past our stop. The overwhelming majority looked like they were having the time of their lives. | Congratulations to all the Chuggers who completed the Ironman!!! The Chuggers once again put on the best water stop experience for all at mile 6 of the Ironman run course. Thanks to all the volunteers. Also, the Chuggers dominated in the points competition at the Relay for Life!!! A special thank you to Denise Gardner for seeking Chugger points at every event. Finally, I was dethroned as the "Chugger Beer Mile Champion" by John Patterson and his partner at the impromptu two man Chugger Beer Mile relay Saturday night. Bill and I had a good relay, and proudly came in second. I plan to start my Beer Mile training ASAP to reclaim the crown. | |
