A couple of us are going to run the Spillway Race course on Sunday morning. We'll meet at the boat launch at 8:30am if anyone's interested. It's about 3 miles. |

Denise and I are signed up for the RED DRESS RUN, anyone wanting to sign up needs to do it online tonight for early registration, $33.00 per person. After tonight, it goes up to $40.

Logged a decent run at the Frosty fund raiser. Got there in true Healy time and literally pinned my number on AFTER the starting horn. Still managed a 17:35 by my watch (18:47 according to the clock to give you some idea of how far back I was). Saw long lost Susan, Robin, Mel and Chris and the rest of the usual suspects. |

Had a great run with the hashers last night. Started out in a storm drain pipe, then through a ditch and some stickers. The power of beer has never been so evident. |

Dennis is fine with me. My time was 16:00 even. If anyone is interested in doing some running / speedwork on Sunday morning @ either Jefferson Playround or Muss Bertolino Playground, please let me know. Bill and I are going to possibly run Sunday. I am guessing it will be around 8:00 or 9:00 a.m. The earlier the better for me. |

OK. What's everyone's times from last night? I know that I had a 17:27, Smith had a 17:10, Swami had a 16 something, Mark had a 15:48 and Burke had a 17:37. Y'all fill in the missing numbers or post corrections. I was explaining the contest to Dennis Gerarve and he wants in. He just ran his PT Test 2 mile in 17:19. I told him it would have to be OK with everyone for him to get in, so if anybody doesn't want let me know. |

O.K. What a list of weights. Us big boys have to show the smaller guys that we can still whip them in running, eventhough we eat their weight in food in one day. Hope all can show for the run tomorrow night. Should be a good one, or at least a good showing by the CHUGGERS. |

Yeah. Right. A vendor. Just call me vendor. See the pizza. Eat the pizza. Pizza good. Mmmmmmmm. I just finished a slice of air pie with wind sauce. For dinner I'm gonna have a wish sandwich. Remember, if anybody is in for the most improved 2 mile time bet we're going to set our benchmark tomorrow at the Back to the Beach Race. No sandbagging or bullshit will be called. |

A vendor just delivered 6 pizzas to work. Damn it looks sooooo good and tempting. Ill let you know if my will was strong enough to resist or I gave in to the pizza demons. |
